Venturers

Teamwork

As a Venturer you’ll enjoy outdoor adventures and teamwork.  As part of a team, you’ll attempt thrilling challenges that will push you not only physically but mentally. Activities like mountain biking, rock-climbing, canoeing, and kayaking are just a few of the adventures you’ll tackle..

Leadership

Venturers gives every member a chance to be a leader. It might involve running an activity, organizing a camp, or participating with other young people across Nova Scotia or Canada in a youth forum. Whatever the activity, it is sure to provide great skills that will serve Venturers as they move into adulthood.

Rovers

Let the Adventure Begins

Rovers is designed to give adults an opportunity to experience life to its fullest. As a Rover you will learn skills that will allow you to participate in adventurous activities like mountain climbing, white water rafting or para-sailing.

It’s All About the Community

Rovers also help their local communities by running service activities such as food drives, park cleanups and tree plantings. The goal is to help young adults reach their full potential and acquire life experiences that will help them as they move on to the next stage of their lives.
